Cancellation Policy
At ShoppingAE, we believe customer satisfaction is the major priority if a customer wants to cancel the order please check the below scenarios:
Customer can cancel their order within 4 hours and refunds will be made back to the payment the solution used initially by the customer.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 3 to 14 working days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Case No 1: Cash on Delivery
• There are no charges if the customer himself calls/emails us before shipping.
• If the customer wants to cancel the order only on delivery, the customer has to bear AED 30 as a shipment charge even if the product they ordered had free shipment.

Case No 2: Payment via Credit Card
• If the customer has requested to cancel the order before Shipping via Call / Email. We only charge transaction fees + VAT which is 2.9% +1 AED from the customer, but if the credit card company charges for any transaction charges ShoppingAE or any of our team members directly or indirectly linked are not responsible for it.
• If the customer has requested to cancel the order while delivering. We charge the customer for AED 30 as a Shipment charge same is applied in case of free shipment orders, also if the credit card company charges for any transaction charges ShoppingAE or any of our team members directly or indirectly linked are not responsible for it.

Note: Good once sold / Accepted can’t be considered in the above clauses.

All warranty periods indicated are from Shoppingae.com, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by shoppingae.com. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website or product manuals/packaging for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer’s limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does shoppingae.com warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.

To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact shoppingae.com by phone or email to address the problem. Our technical support team will register your complaint and provide you with an RMA number which will be used for further services.

After receiving an RMA number, you will be required to ship the defective item back to shoppingae.com with the RMA number marked or labeled on the package. Also, include a copy of your invoice and any email correspondence you have had with our support staff. Shoppingae.com recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as shoppingae.com does not warrant a physically damaged product. Shoppingae.com does not accept packages sent to collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping and provide the necessary information and receipt for reimbursement, if applicable.

Shoppingae.com will not cover any shipping charges for any return/ products to be repaired. We request the buyer to drop off the product at our service center to claim a warranty or if the customer wishes to opt for pick up and drop off service for RMA/Repair items, he will be charged AED 50/- (Fifty Dirham) for our pickup and drop services within UAE.

If the product is determined to be defective and it is covered by our warranty policy, you will be informed and when it will be ready will be shipped out as soon as possible and you will be informed by e-mail or phone.

For any defective products, you will have to wait an estimated 2~6 weeks until Shoppingae.com gets a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier.
It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turnaround times. Some manufacturers offer direct-swap, cross-ship, or even next-day to-your-door replacement warranty services.

Shoppingae.com can help facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service. For any products that have a warranty, Shoppingae.com will not cover shipping charges.

If the product sent to us is not defective, you will be charged shipping charges.
Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation.

Shoppingae.com is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier, please read your product warranty information carefully before contacting us.

Note: For fashion jewelry items, we don’t accept returns in any condition. Please read the description carefully before making the order.

PROMOTIONAL, DEALS, SALES, DISCOUNTS, AND SELLING WITH SUPER PRICE PRODUCTS STANDARD RETURN POLICY

This is our Standard Return Policy for Promotional, Deals, Sales, Discount, and Selling With Super Low Price Products. Items covered by this policy must be returned for replacement within 2 days of the invoice date. Will be applied Restocking Fee from 15%.

No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or noted as free or super low price.

LAPTOPS, DESKTOPS, COFFEE MACHINE, AND OTHER ELECTRONICS STANDARD RETURN POLICY

  • Return for a refund within 3 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
  • Return for replacement within 3 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
  • In Cases of Dead on Arrival ( DOA) Products, Products must be reported within 2 days. Otherwise, it would not be subjected to replacement only repair.
  • Restocking Fee: 15%
  • Warranty: 1 year

This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Laptops, desktops, Coffee machines,s, and other electronics. Items covered by this policy can be returned within 3 days of the invoice date. But in case of wrong information about faulty items, the customer will be charged AED 50/- for pick & drop service.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty, and replacement.

  • Any physical damage
  • PC, Coffee machine, and other electronics that are missing the manufacturer label containing the model number and part number
  • PC, Coffee machine, and other electronics that are missing the manufacturer warranty label
  • PC, Coffee machine, and other electronics that were missing parts, box, adapters, or any other accessories from the original box
  • PC, Coffee machine, and other electronics were returned without the original invoice
  • PC, Coffee machine, and other electronics which not satisfy the manufacturer’s warranty policy
  • PC, Coffee machine, and other electronics which does not satisfy the Customer Satisfaction policy
  • Laptops and Netbooks models that come with original Windows or any other software, after using them, activating or starting software cannot be returned or replaced.

Note: Mobile Phones or Smart Phones if we are selling with a warranty, we will indicate about warranty period in the invoice. If in the invoice we did not indicate warranty this means Mobile Phone or Smart Phone without a warranty!

CLASSIFIED ADS AND ITEM
Classified ads and items mean used or refurbished items that are added by the different suppliers. Shoppingae.com is just providing service to their seller to add used and refurbished items as classified products. In case something is wrong with the item shoppingae.com will not be responsible for the refund, return, exchange, and replacement. You need to contact them directly with the supplier and settle down the matter.

So before buying any classified item please contact the supplier and read the specification carefully. You can also verify the product at the time of delivery.
